“Working with the dying is like being a midwife for this great rite of passage of death. Just as a midwife helps a being take their first breath, you help a being take their last breath.”
-Ram Daas
Death Doula & End of Life
Death is one of life’s most honest thresholds — a moment where everything softens, reveals itself, and invites us deeper into presence.
As a Certified Death Doula and End-of-Life Practitioner, I offer sacred support for individuals and families navigating this tender, often hidden terrain. Together, we gently unveil the options, resources, and rituals that can bring clarity, connection, and reverence to the dying process.
So much of deathcare in our culture has become rushed, clinical, or hidden in the shadows. But I believe death deserves to be witnessed — honored with choice, compassion, and ceremony. Whether you are preparing for your own transition or walking alongside a loved one, I’m here to hold space, offer guidance, and support you in creating an experience rooted in dignity and meaning.
From a young age, I’ve been curious about how we meet death — how I would want my own transition to unfold, and how we can return to ways of tending this threshold with grace. Through my own experiences with loss, hospice volunteering, and formal training, I’ve witnessed how overwhelming this time can feel — and how much softer it becomes when we have grounded, heart-centered support.
My approach weaves together presence, education, advocacy, and ritual — guided by your unique needs, values, and spiritual beliefs. There is no one “right” way to die — only the way that feels most aligned for you and your loved ones.
If you’re curious about what this care can look like, I offer a free consultation where we can connect, explore your questions, and begin unveiling what feels most supportive for you.
