Reiki has changed my life in profound and healing ways. Eight years ago I received my attunement in the Usui Reiki lineage, and since then I’ve continued to deepen my practice through studies, re-attunements, and time in Japan

This training is designed not just as a class, but as an invitation into the living essence of Reiki — its grounding, its lineage, and its spiritual depth.

Traditional Reiki Trainings Level I,II, III

Shōden Reiki Level I Degree— Healing the Healer

This first degree is focused on you:

  • self-treatment

  • energetic alignment

  • grounding and presence

  • listening to your subtle system

  • developing sensitivity without projection

This level lays the foundation for a lifetime practice — helping you learn how to rest into presence rather than chase sensation.

Because Reiki supports nervous system regulation, resilience, and clarity, I also offer a focused add-on:
Reiki in Recovery — a version of the training that connects Reiki to addiction, trauma processing, and nervous system support. We also explore how Reiki can support nervous system regulation, emotional resilience, and recovery processes — without turning Reiki into interpretation or diagnosis.

Okuden Reiki Level II Degree— Deepening & Service

In Reiki II, we move beyond self-treatment into service with presence:

  • deepening your connection

  • traditional Reiki symbols and their applications

  • distance Reiki

  • emotional clearing practices

  • advanced guidelines for holding space for others

  • creating an ethical, grounded practice if you choose to work professionally

You will receive a certificate acknowledging your Second Degree within the Usui lineage.

This level is for those who feel called to be of service to others, or to deepen their own embodiment of the Reiki path.


Shinpiden Reiki Master Level Degree— The Mystery Teaching

Shinpiden is the master-level transmission in the Usui Reiki lineage. This level focuses on living Reiki as a spiritual path — deepening presence, integrity, and the ability to hold space for others with humility and clarity.

This level is for practitioners who feel called to teach, transmit, or hold Reiki as a lifelong discipline, rather than simply perform a technique.

Training includes:

  • advanced Reiju (attunement)

  • refined Reiji (spiritual guidance)

  • lineage transmission

  • three symbols including long distance healing

  • spiritual and ethical foundations of teaching

  • embodying Reiki in daily life

Returning to the Roots of Reiki

Over the past year, I have felt a deep call to return to the traditional roots of Reiki — not as something rigid or historical, but as a living spiritual path. That call took me to Japan, where I walked the mountain paths of Mount Kurama, the place where Mikao Usui undertook his 21-day spiritual retreat that gave rise to Reiki.

Sitting in the temples, shrines, and forests of Kurama, I felt something very simple and very clear: Reiki was never meant to be a technique. It is a way of being — rooted in stillness, presence, breath, and devotion.

My Reiki trainings now reflect this return to the lineage of Usui while still honoring the ways Reiki has grown in the West. I teach the traditional foundations — meditation, breath, Reiji, Byōsen, and Reiju — alongside modern trauma-aware, intuitive, and ceremonial supports that help people integrate Reiki into real life.

I also offer this as a remote workshop currently for Shoden Reiki Level I and Okuden Reiki Level II for anyone who has trained in the Usui Lineage and wants to return to the traditional and simple teachings as Dr. Mikao Usui taught.
