A committed space for people in recovery to heal the root causes of addiction and trauma through the healing arts.

Over the last few years Sovereignty in Sobriety has been offered as a monthly circle in Denver and is now being transformed into a 10-week online immersion. Here we offer a trauma-informed, somatic, and a spiritually grounded approach to recovery. This immersive recovery will support you in creating the capacity and foundation needed to live from your core self. Together, we’ll explore the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual layers of healing through a blend of practices, teachings, and community connection.

What to Expect

Weekly live sessions combining somatic and energy-based practices: TRE (tension & trauma release), Thought Field Therapy tapping, guided meditations, and creative expression.

Guest teachers offering Reiki in Recovery, parts work (IFS), Buddhism meditation in recovery, and ritual practices.

Integrative tools like vagal toning, journaling, breathwork, and gentle movement to support nervous-system regulation.

Community sharing + reflection — a supportive container where recovery becomes a living practice rather than a concept.

Optional replays + home practices so you can integrate the work at your own pace.

This is for you if:
-You’re in recovery (from substances, relationships, work, or patterns of survival) and want to approach your healing at the root causes.
-You’re ready to move beyond abstinence into embodied healing.
-You yearn for accessible, integrative practices that bridge body, emotion, spirit, and creativity.
-You’re willing to show up honestly — not to fix yourself, but to reconnect with who you truly are.

Root Tier - $475 -
For those with limited resources who feel the call to this work.
Embody Tier - $1000 -
This is the standard exchange and helps sustain guest teachers and ongoing labor of holding this container.
Sovereign Tier - $1300
For those in financial abundance who wish to help sustain accessibility for others.

This group will reach capacity at 15 people .
We begin January 27 with an opening circle and close our circle March 31.
We will meet every Tuesday from 5-7 PM MST.
Our classes will be recorded for only those in the circle.
